Norte Refund & Return Policy

Thanks for shopping at Norte. We want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help get you squared away.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and technical documentation intact.

2. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

To ensure safety and performance, certain products cannot be returned once opened:

  • Electronic & Robotic Lures: Due to the technical nature of these products, automated or robotic lures (including those with integrated USB-C charging systems) can only be returned if they are completely unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.

  • Final Sale Items: Any items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or purchased from a clearance section cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take pride in our gear, but if something slips through the cracks, we will fix it immediately. Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us right away at support@nortestore.com with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Email our support team at support@nortestore.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return.

  2. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defects or Errors: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, Norte will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

  • Standard Returns & Exchanges: For standard returns (change of mind, size exchanges), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

6. Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment. Please note that it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
